The 7th Annual Jay Peak Trail Run Festival is returning to upstate Vermont for our biggest and best event yet! With eight races over two days, New England’s premier trail running event has something for everyone – from a trail run for the kids to a 53.1K ultra. Bring your family, bring your friends (or both!), and get ready for an epic weekend of running, relaxing, and playing at Jay Peak Resort, home of the Pump House indoor water park!
The Trail Runs
Saturday – Sept. 1
The first day of the event features the 5K’s, 15K, and kids’ run.
The Green, Blue, & Black 5K’s
As the names imply, these 5K runs vary by difficulty, with the Green Circle 5K being the easiest and the Black Diamond 5K being the hardest. If you’re looking for even more of a challenge, you can sign up for all three for a 15K combo run!
The Kids’ Run
For runners 11 and younger, we have a special kids’ race that’s an actual trail run up the slopes (and not just a circle of cones in a field like some other races). Each child gets stickers and a cool medal at the finish!
Sunday – Sept. 2
The second day of the event features all of our long-distance runs for those looking for an extreme challenge.
THE 11-Miler, 22-Miler, & 53.1K ULTRA
Designed for runners with quads of steel, these races will give you a new appreciation for the “hills” we have here on the East Coast! In addition to spectacular views, participants also get an awesome wooden medal and an after party with pizza and beer.
Based on past feedback, we’ve lowered prices and made shirts an optional purchase during registration!
